While I do believe that LSU and Alabama are the two best teams in the country, and I do think they probably should be in the NC game, your incredibly astute arguments still piss me off. I think about where we were just a few years ago and how the only thing that mattered was winning the conference, and now that's a footnote, it just makes me mad. <br />Since you did so well finding clips, there's one more I want to task you with. During the KU/Mizzou game back in 2007, Brent Musburger asked Herbstreit if he thought a two-loss SEC-Champion LSU deserved a shot at the title, and he went, "Pssh," and threw his hands up, just after saying that Georgia and Ohio State were the only two teams that mattered anymore in the event that WVU and Mizzou lost.
